Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of experience for a direct-hire opportunity in Houston. This role requires plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience and offers $75K-$90K + bonus with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures
• Experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Experience managing litigation deadlines and court filings
• Background supporting personal injury cases through litigation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume caseload
